Sheri Williams

Executive Assistant

With more than two decades of experience in customer service, Sheri’s professional demeanor and her past experience makes her a knowledgeable first point of contact, supporting force, and Executive Assistant to our two Coeur d’Alene partners, while managing all aspect of office operation. Sheri has a keen understanding of administrative procedures, exceptional communication and time-management skills, a proactive problem solver and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects. Maintains paper and electronic tax and financial statement assemblies, manages and coordinates travel as well as coordinating daily calendars, screening visitors/calls, organizing and scheduling meetings and events for partners and staff, as well as, providing back up support of to our Tax Coordinator. Sheri also delegates phone calls and takes messages, while maintaining confidential and sensitive information.

Sheri has been with Harris for the last three tax seasons. She previously served as a tax professional assistant for H&R Block, where she performed initial tax preparation work and helped build and strengthen client relationships. Sheri has also owned and operated her own small business, so she understands first-hand the many financial and other logistic considerations facing our clients. And, as a professional caregiver, she helped keep customers organized, transported them to important medical appointments, and provided friendship, compassion and understanding.

Sheri is a north Idaho native, and enjoys spending time outside gardening, trail walking/hiking, and golfing. She most enjoys spending time with friends, family and her granddaughter. As a former military spouse she resided in the Panama Canal, Puerto Rico, and Texas before returning to Idaho.
